Suresh T. Bhatia has a long standing record of impeccable service in retail trade. Under his able stewardship, the group has scaled new heights in Duty Free Shops, Sea men’s Club and Bonded warehouses across seaports. He founded The House of S.T. Bhatia in the year 1969 and through focused approach to trading, helped the organization grow from strength to strength in achieving laudable goals.
He is responsible for spearheading the group’s foray into virgin territories, such as business, retailing, retail, & wholesale trade and club services. Mr Bhatia’s vast experience spanning several years, has enabled the group to broaden its horizons and achieve laurels in many a sphere. Notable among his numerous honours is the recent induction as a member of Keepers of the Quaich, an exclusive society in which a limited number of professionals the world over are invited to become members for their positive record of association with the scotch whiskey industry.

Mr. Rajeev Bhatia is the esteemed director of Executive Duty Free, bringing a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the company’s leadership. With a strong academic background and a deep understanding of marketing and communications, Mr. Bhatia plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and ensuring its success.
Having obtained a degree in Marketing and Communications from a prestigious institution in the United Kingdom, Mr. Bhatia possesses a solid foundation in the principles of effective brand management, customer engagement, and market analysis. His educational background equips him with the skills to navigate the complexities of the global marketplace, with a particular emphasis on understanding the dynamics of western markets. Leveraging his insights, he has successfully fostered strong connections with suppliers and distributors worldwide, ensuring that Executive Duty Free remains at the forefront of the duty-free retail industry.

Director operations
Rajan Bhatia is an engineering graduate with over a decade experience in retail & logistics and the domain of solutions expertise in the bottling industry. He heads the Duty Free and Sea men’s Club operations of the group. Having extensive exposure to the middle east, African & European markets, he brings in value addition to upgrading the present operations and new business development plans at Executive Duty Free.
Rajan has been instrumental in the expansion process of the logistics facilities of the group while modernising the operations. As director – New Business Development, his focus areas include territorial expansion, developing niche product segments and introduction of relevant and viable agencies worldwide.

Dr. Durgadoss has a Ph.D in corporate governance with special focus on character driven competence and CSR dimensions. A consistent academic high flier, he has a string of medals to his credit. He represents the incredible amalgamation of sheer academic brilliance and an ability to strike practical solutions.
He has an illustrious career path, which spans over three decades and includes the depth of industry and the width of consultancy. He has held senior management positions in top-notch companies across a range of cultures from MNCs to privately held groups. Being an active member of the think tank of Executive Duty Free, he brings with him a wealth of first hand experience in various consulting streams, which have contributed to his analytical thinking and strategic approach to problem solving.
His zeal and upbeat approach inspires the team to constantly push the limits of quality and service. He is the author of the bestseller “A saint in the board room”, a fiction driven philosophy which unravels the secrets of winning without sinning.
